beautiful hat, fast shipping and nicest people to deal with ever, I purchased this hat over the phone 4 days before Christmas and recieved it the day before Christmas....I explained to the man who shapes the hats that I have a small frame and needed the hat to be shaped so that it would not overpower my frame...HE DID JUST THAT...IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!
